BSL ensures all contracts are operated in strict accordance with IR35 Off Payroll Legislation.

BSL have had several interactions directly with HMRC, to discuss approaches to IR35 regarding maintaining compliant contracts, which were consistently met with favourable responses.

BSL employees have undertaken projects for Blue Chip Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients including GSK, Astra Zeneca, Novartis, Sanofi, Teva, Ipsen Biopharm, Catapult, QIAGEN, NovoNordisk, Porton Biopharma as well as numerous confidential clients both in the UK and Europe.
